• Listening to music can be an enjoyable moment for celebration, an escape from the daily hustle, or simply warm company at midnight. What if the senses we use to feel the music can be expanded to different senses? Will it enhance the experience that a person can gain when interacting with music? We want to find out the answer by implementing a remote control music visualizer to discover the relationship between music and the sense of sight.

Marauder’s Map on London Tube

We propose an application for London Tube which collects the data including speed, location and passenger flow to improve the passenger experience on public transportation.

• Designed and implemented a real-time subway visualization system with Azure Cloud platform.
• Simulated subway data and uploaded JSON data via Azure IoT Hub and ingested data from Azure Event Hubs.
• Applied Azure Serverless Function for calculation speed of the carriages and stored data in Azure Cosmos DB.
• Deployed Web App Service using Flask and implemented data visualization using D3.js and JavaScript.
